Mr.
Toyne was born in September, 1962, in Nurnberg, Germany, and raised in South
Carolina.
He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and South Carolina with his
primary practice in Miami Dade County. Mr. Toyne is also admitted to
the three Florida Federal District Courts, including the Bankruptcy bar in
the Southern District. A cum laude graduate of the University of Miami
School of Law, where he was a Claude M. Olds Scholar and associate editor
of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, Mr. Toyne also holds
a Master of International Business Studies and a Bachelor of Science from
the University of South Carolina. Mr. Toyne has resided in South Florida
for over fifteen years. Mr. Toyne has worked for prominent lawfirms
as an attorney in both Miami and Buenos Aires, Argentina, and before becoming
an attorney worked with two state court judges and one Federal judge.
He has a lso lived and worked in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Argentina
and speaks Spanish fluently. He is a member of the Florida Admiralty
Trial Lawyers Association, the Miami Dade County Bar Association and is attorney
for the Netherlands Consulate in Miami.
Mr.
Mayo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is admitted to practice
in Florida and is also admitted to practice before the US District Courts
of the Southern District of Florida and the US Bankruptcy Court. Mr.
Mayo is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received his Law
Degree and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on European Union
and South American Economics while studying at E.S.A.D.E., Barcelona Spain.
He also hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami. He
is a member of the Dade-County Bar Association.
Mr. Mayo's experience includes an internship with a Federal District Court
Judge and operations and property acquisitions consultant for a regional real
estate and hotel management firm.
